Overview By Light is seeking a System Administrator to support the SEITS program where we provide comprehensive enterprise Information Technology (IT) services and support for the U.S. Army's Military Surface Deployment & Distribution Command (SDDC) activities world-wide. This includes the headquarters main network-centric hub located at Scott AFB, IL and outport locations across the United States, including Hawai'i. We provide support in the areas of task order management; information assurance/cyber security; content/knowledge management; help desk; video teleconferencing, multimedia/graphics design; system administration, operations and maintenance; network engineering and administration, firewall administration; ADPE inventory; and web development. Responsibilities Manage, operate, maintain and support Windows systems through ongoing preventive maintenance, patching, system administration, and customer service Lifecycle systems O&M services, backup, and recovery experience Establish virtual servers and images Consolidate, collect, configure, and review system audit logs Manage user access through account and privileged user management Implement approve IAVA through IAVM Program Monitor system performance and capacity Manage Tier I, II, and III customer service requests Incident, Problem and Knowledge Management for system activities Required Experience/Qualifications Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and 5 to 7 Years of related experience IAT Level II cert and one other common computing environment certificate like MCSE, etc. Windows Server 2012 R2 and 2016, and 2019 Windows 10 Active Directory Basic understanding of networking protocols Desktop Support Windows Server 2019 NetApp Storage management Microsoft Hyper-V in a Microsoft Windows Cluster environment Preferred Experience/Qualifications Army Enterprise Email Online Certificate Status Protocol (OCSP) server NSI Autostore NSI Output Manager Microsoft SQL server Special Requirements/Security Clearance Secret clearance required Position requires proof of Covid-19 full vaccination status or qualified exemptions Core hours are 7:
